Shipping and Orders
We deliver to Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak and Sabah Only.
Orders will be processed for delivery within 1-2 business days
Delivery usually takes about 2 to 5 business days for West Malaysia and 5 to 7 business days for East Malaysia once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
It is customer responsibility to check and track the parcel delivery after the order confirmation and delivery details are sent via email.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the order is fulfilled and processed by the courier provider partner.
You may request special delivery instructions oat the check-out page. Our team will try our best to fulfill the special instructions requested. However, Electrova will not be liable to any special instruction that is not fulfilled.
To ensure prompt delivery by our shipping partner, EasyParcel kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate delivery address, contact details including telephone number and email address. Failure to do so may risk our shipping partner, EasyParcel being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.
If we fail to deliver to you at the delivery address provided by you, we will contact you to re-arrange for the delivery method. Additional charges may apply if changes in address and/or delivery options is required.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. The shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout screen.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your order after the payment for your orders is verified and authorized by the Bank. If you do not receive the order confirmation email within 2 business days, please check your email junk folder or you may contact our Customer Service Team at hello@electrova.com.my
If you wish to change your order, please email us immediately at hello@electrova.com.my. We will do our best to fulfill the changes. However, if the orders are already processed, unfortunately we will not be able to amend the order.
If there is any product/part missing upon delivery, please report to us at hello@electrova.com.my within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel, and we will attend to your report, carry out an investigation and feedback to you within 3 working days.
Our team will try our best to ensure your order is being delivered in a timely manner. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred due to delay in delivery caused by the courier.

Return and Refund or Replacement Policy
Return and refund or replacement request will be accepted only within fourteen (14) days after the parcel is delivered. This applies strictly to damaged, defective, or incorrect items only
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
A receipt or proof of purchase and evidence are required to complete your return and refund or replacement. All supporting evidence must be sent to hello@electrova.com.my and approval must be obtained before you proceed to return the parcel. Any item that is not in its original condition, for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for return and refund or replacement.
We will fully examine the returned products and notify you via e-mail within 3-5 working days on whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement.

The products have been damaged - including but not limited to damage by pets, lightning, abnormal voltage, water or fire, natural disaster, or transport accident.
Repair or product modifications and alterations have been carried out by unauthorized service organizations or personnel.
The purchase documents have been altered in any way or made illegible.
The defect is caused by abuse or misuse of the product or by environmental conditions that are not in conformance with the recommended operations of the product.
The defect is caused by connection to peripherals, additional equipment, or accessories other than those recommended by ELECTROVA.
The products have been damaged - including but not limited to damage by pets, lightning, abnormal voltage, water or fire, natural disaster, or transport accident.

We will notify you on whether the refund was approved once we have received and investigated your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method if the refund request is approved. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchange is allowed only if the defective or damaged products are caused by manufacturer’s error. Approval must be obtained from Electrova before proceeding for return of products.
Batteries for cordless vacuums are only eligible for exchange within 6 months upon delivery, subject to investigation and approval of Electrova.
Customers shall bear the shipping cost for the return of the defective or damaged parts.

Warranty Policy
Thank you for purchasing Electrova home appliance products. All products are design and manufacture with high-quality materials, through the reliable process and following safety standards. Electrova warrants that the home appliance products are free from manufacturing defects from the date of purchase under normal and household use and service for a period of twenty-four (24) months.
Upon presentation of purchase receipt due to manufacturing defect arising from normal usage within warranty period, all defective parts shall be repaired or replaced during the warranty period. Electrova reserves the right to make the final decision on the repair or replacement of the said defective parts. The following is not covered under this warranty:
Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, tampering or failure of the user to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the user manual.
Defects or damages due to the wrong usage of electrical supply and voltage.
Damages caused by improper testing, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment or alteration of any kind.
The product has been tampered with, subject to misuse, negligence and damaged due to unauthorized repair.
Wear and tear of Products’ electric circuit, charger, batteries and accessories.
Scratches and damages to the other surface areas and externally exposed parts that are due to normal usage.
Damages due to commercial usage (warranty covers domestic usage only).
Damages, losses, defects, or malfunctions caused by attack of household pests, fire, lightning, flood, or other calamities caused by nature in any way been tampered with.
**Note: This warranty is not assignable or transferrable. Please retain both original packaging of the product and the original purchase receipt as this will authenticate your warranty.
